Location:

via Zoom

The Office of Undergraduate Research and Fellowships will be hosting an Information Session for the Harvard College Research Program (HCRP) Fall 2022 cycle on Thursday, 8 September from 9-10am ET. The session will comprise two parts:

  • 9:00am - 9:30am: Fall HCRP overview
  • 9:30am - 10:00am: Fall HCRP Q&A

This information session is geared towards students who already have a research project in mind and a faculty mentor with whom they have discussed their potential project. Please feel free to join us for the whole session or just for the topic that is most relevant for you! We will record the infosession and post the recording to the URAF website shortly after the session has ended.

The Harvard College Research Program (HCRP) provides funding in support of student-initiated, independent scholarly research or creative endeavors undertaken with guidance of a Harvard-affiliated faculty mentor. HCRP grants advance academic experiences outside the classroom and expand opportunities for students to work closely with faculty members. In contrast to a research assistantship, HCRP recipients demonstrate autonomy in the development, direction, and preparation of the overall research project. The application deadline for the Fall cycle is 11:59pm ET on Sunday, 11 September.
