The Rhodes Trust has announced that they are opening the doors to applications from any citizen of any country, substantially broadening the eligibility criteria for the prestigious scholarships. The new jurisdictions, called the Global and Interjurisdictional categories, will allow applicants from previously ineligible nations to compete. DACA recipients will also now be able to apply through the US jurisdiction.
